tkpk7 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tkpk7 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity and acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of tkpk7 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your location before using the Platform.

tkpk7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence, or any subsequent discovery that eligibility criteria were not met at the time of registration or at any later point, may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the tkpk7 Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number. tkpk7 reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on the tkpk7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tkpk7 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts may be closed and associated funds forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tkpk7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify tkpk7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

• You must choose a password that is sufficiently strong and unique to your tkpk7 account. Do not reuse passwords from other services including email accounts, banking applications, or mobile wallets such as bKash or Nagad.
• tkpk7 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any message claiming to be from tkpk7 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• If you access tkpk7 on a shared or public device, you must log out completely after each session and ensure that your login credentials are not saved by the browser on that device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tkpk7 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkpk7 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals. All payment methods available on the Platform are supported for both deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise stated in the payment section of your account.

Deposits

Deposits to your tkpk7 account may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods displayed in the Deposit section of your account at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Withdraw section of your tkpk7 account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. tkpk7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above the specified threshold are processed. tkpk7 will request valid government-issued identification and may request proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 15 minutes for requests submitted during support hours (9 AM to 11 PM Bangladesh Standard Time). Requests submitted outside support hours may be processed within the first available support window the following day.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tkpk7 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded at tkpk7 carry wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is made. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for tkpk7 bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount.

Bonus Abuse

tkpk7 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (bonus stacking).
• Using systematic or coordinated betting strategies that exploit bonus offers in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting).
• Withdrawing funds immediately after meeting the minimum wagering requirement in a manner that demonstrates the primary intent was to extract the bonus value rather than to engage in genuine recreational gaming.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration in order to qualify for a bonus offer.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

By using the sports betting and casino gaming features of the tkpk7 Platform, you acknowledge that all wagers and game outcomes are final and are determined by the relevant game engine or sportsbook system. All games on the Platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tkpk7 does not operate its own RNG systems.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets at tkpk7 are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as declared by the governing body of that sport (e.g., the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a postponement, abandonment, or void result, tkpk7's settlement rules for that specific market type will apply and are available in the Help section of the Platform. Casino Games

All casino game results at tkpk7 are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealer operations. • Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at tkpk7 staff or other players via any communication channel available on the Platform.

tkpk7 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms. Decisions made by tkpk7 in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the tkpk7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of tkpk7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the prior written consent of tkpk7. The tkpk7 brand name and logo are proprietary marks of tkpk7.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkpk7, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. tkpk7's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your tkpk7 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tkpk7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tkpk7 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, with or without notice.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tkpk7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

tkpk7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
